Privacy
Precedia collects as little as possible and never sells your data. Last updated 4 Nov 2026.
What we collect
- Your work email, when you request an invite or unlock a download.
- Optional details you choose to give: your role, modality and program stage, the questions you type, and the plan you check with the plan checker.
- A referral code, if you arrived through a colleague's invite link.
- How you found us: the page you signed up on, the campaign tags on the link you followed, and your approximate location (country and city, from your IP address).
- Usage analytics through Google Tag Manager, such as which pages are viewed.
- Ad measurement through the Meta Pixel, which records page views and sign-ups so we can measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. When you sign up, we send Meta a one-way hashed (SHA-256) copy of your email for matching; never the email itself or the question you typed.
How we use it
- To send your invite and the downloads you request.
- To send new-approval alerts and occasional product updates from Precedia, unless you opt out.
- To understand which modalities and questions matter most, so we can improve Precedia.
- To tell you about Hanko, which backs Precedia, when it fits what you told us. For example, a free sandbox that answers one question from your program. You can say no at any time and keep getting Precedia updates.
We never sell or rent your data. Your details are kept in our sign-up database and our customer database (Clarify). They are shared with Hanko, Inc., which backs Precedia and uses them only for the purposes above, and with the services that store them and send our emails on our behalf.
